You may use some features without an account. To access Pro features, you must register with a valid email address and maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@taxpreparertools.com if you suspect unauthorized account access.
Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel anytime from your account dashboard. Refunds are issued at our discretion; please contact support@taxpreparertools.com within 7 days of a charge if you believe a billing error occurred.
